Your iPhone may have sensitive/personal data on it that you may not want others to see. We personally would never look at anyone's information on their phone. First of all, we are professionals and doing so is against our ethics and secondly, we really don't care what is on your phone. You should also enable a password lock (in the Settings application) so it will be impossible to look at the data on the phone. Also the SIM card can easily be removed from the mobile phone and kept with you while the mobile phone is being repaired. This SIM card contains all your contacts, text messages, phone number and your carrier information.
We actually know how to fix most ALL touch screen phones and can replace screens on almost ANY laptops. Just give us a call and we will see what we can do for you!
As of now, we typically will not mess with water damaged devices. However, we will in certain situations. If your iPhone or iPad is still recognized by the computer and/or you can receive call on it, we can more than likely replace the part that has gone bad due to water damage. If the device itself shows no life at all, that probably means the mother board is ruined and there's nothing more that we can do from there.
The LCD screen costs a lot more for us to buy than the Glass Screen/Digitizer. However, we charge the same rate only because it takes about half the time and it is less riskhy to replace the LCD screen. The Glass Screen/Digitizer involves more steps and risks to replace correctly.
This unfortunately happens. We can almost always finish the job from where you left off. The only thing is though is that we can not be held responsible for anything that might not work on the phone after we complete the repair. We do not recommend trying to fix the phone yourself, it really isn't an easy procedure the first time you do it.
That WILL NOT HAPPEN! However, if such a rare event were to happen, we will personally give a mobile phone, purchase a new one and give you the new one at no extra cost. We have NEVER done this because we have NEVER broken any mobile devices during a repair.
